"AC OUT" & "AC IN" sizing question
Hi from Colorado, where I'll do an off grid uninspected project with one MN-AIO inverter combined with a DC coupled PV array.
The generator is EcoGen rated 15kW at sea level, but altitude deration takes that down ~11,250 watts (below 47 amps). Page 7 of "the MN-AIO book" says maximum output current is 47.5 amps, but is that regardless of how much PV wattage is connected?
If I've got that right, 47.5a * 1.25 = 60 amp rating for my mechanical bypass switch & #6 THHN copper wire for AC IN and for AC OUT. OR: does AC OUT exceed 47.5a if the generator is running plus the AIO is contributing additional amperage?
Midnite folks, please chime in when convenient.
Thanks in advance, Mick A.

it has a 100 amp pass through, so should be sized for 100A?
