Twenty years ago, solar power was a niche market. In 2005, approximately 700 MW of solar PV was installed worldwide. Today, annual solar installations exceed 600 GW, and energy storage has become one of the fastest-growing segments in the energy industry. Solar power is no longer just an alternative energy source—it is a major part of the global energy mix.
At the same time, Energy Storage Systems (ESS)—the core focus of MidNite Power—have evolved far beyond simple backup power solutions. Modern ESS systems provide energy independence, self-consumption, peak shaving, time-of-use optimization, virtual power plant participation, and even opportunities for revenue generation.
As the industry changes, we believe our company name and brand identity should better reflect the future of renewable energy, energy storage, and intelligent power management.
That's why we're inviting the people who know our products best—our distributors, installers, and customers—to help create the next chapter of our company.

Submit Your Design
We are looking for:
• A new company name
• A new company logo
• Or both
Your submission does not need to be professionally designed. We welcome sketches, digital mockups, written concepts, polished artwork, or simply a great idea.
We are looking for a brand identity that represents innovation, energy independence, resilience, renewable energy, energy storage, and the future of power.

- Your first and last name
- Your company name (if applicable)
- Email address
- Proposed Company Name and/or Logo Design
- A brief explanation of your concept and inspiration
★ Please limit submissions to one entry (company name and/or logo) per email address.
Intellectual Property Terms
By accepting finalist status and the associated $500 finalist award, each finalist agrees that all intellectual property rights, ownership, title, and interest in their submitted company name, logo, design, concept, artwork, and related materials shall be irrevocably assigned to and become the exclusive property of MidNite Power Inc. MidNite Power shall have the unrestricted right to use, modify, adapt, combine, register, trademark, copyright, publish, or otherwise commercialize any finalist submission without further compensation or approval.
Every idea has the potential to inspire the next chapter of our brand. We can't wait to see your creativity!
Expert Review & Public Vote
After submissions close, our team will select up to six finalist company names and six finalist logos.
The finalists will be evaluated through two voting groups:

Consultant Board Voting - 50% of the final score

Community Voting – 50% of the final score
The submission receiving the highest combined score will be declared the winner.
Finalist entries will be showcased on our website, where installers, distributors, customers, and supporters can vote for their favorite new brand identity.
Each email address may vote once and will receive a unique raffle entry number. The raffle drawing will be conducted live on an YouTube channel following the conclusion of voting.
