Firmware

I purchased an all in one and two 16kw batteries last Fall and they have been running since October. Can someone communicate Midnite's strategy on getting the firmware glitches wrapped up?

I have these same three components in storage for a loyal client, so I have similar firmware concerns. My installation this fall is my first gig with these part numbers (or with any AIO platform).


My project is off the grid. Clark, can you specify if your installation has grid power or not? MNPower may address grid tied issues a bit differently compared to off grid issues.


Moderators, please advise if there need to be separate forum threads for these two installation types. I have high hopes for this forum and for the hardware platform.
