Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the MidNite Power ESS mobile application.
For Existing Customers: If you currently have "MidNite Pro" installed on your device, you can continue using it without any interruption. Your service and data remain fully accessible.
For New Customers: We have launched "MNPower Assistant" as our new mobile application. Android users can install it immediately by scanning the QR code below.
Coming Soon: We are currently submitting "MNPower Assistant" to both the Apple Store and Google Play Store. We expect the App to be available for download through these platforms within approximately two weeks.
Seamless Transition: Once "MNPower Assistant" is available in the app stores, we will notify all existing customers via email. You can log in to "MNPower Assistant" using the same username and password you currently use for "MidNite Pro." All of your historical data will automatically transfer to the new application. This applies to all account types, including distributor accounts, installer accounts, and end user accounts. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
