MidNite Power is a leading innovator in renewable energy solutions. We specialize in advanced inverter systems and comprehensive power management tools designed to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable off-grid and grid-tied power. Midnite Power was established in August, 2023 as an affiliated company of Midnite Solar Inc., which has been in the renewable/storage industry since 2005. We brought our first ESS, our MNPower One AIO hybrid inverter and our MNPowerflo batteries, into the North American market in July, 2024.
MidNite Power was spun off from MidNite Solar in June, 2025.
Our mission is to empower our distributors and installers with innovative, installer-driven energy solutions that simplify deployment and maximize performance. We've already integrated lots of installer-suggested features into our products, reflecting our deep commitment to field-driven innovation. By actively integrating field feedback and delivering robust support, we ensure our partners remain at the forefront of renewable energy technology. Quality, reliability, and service orientation come from the company genes.

Zeke has lived with off grid solar since he was a kid. An engineer by training, he has worked as an installer for 25 years and has designed and installed hundreds of residential battery based PV systems ranging from 5 watts, to over 60kW.
